A five-book, early chapter book series co-created with illustrator Luca Codrino Segurini—written in lyrical prose and filled with magic, absurdity, and tenderness. Two books are nearly finished and seeking revision; three more are actively in development. A related short story concept is also in the works.

Special Status Projects

Books that are finished or in active development but require special permissions before they can be submitted for publication. These projects are close to ready—but their future depends on outside approvals.

Tears in Heaven

A deeply personal picture book currently in active development. Requires permission from the Clapton estate to use the title. I plan to seek agent representation once the manuscript is complete.

Bamse vs. Pippi! – On Mt. Fallanyerbuttski

A completed chapter book mashup featuring beloved Swedish characters. Permission queries are currently pending with The Astrid Lindgren Company (for Pippi Longstocking) and Bulls Licensing AB (for Bamse).
